There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a San Diego real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Background & Qualifications:
I was born and raised in Point Loma, attending Sunset View Elementary, Dana Jr. High and I am a PLHS Graduate '78.   GO POINTERS!  I am a Graduate of SDSU holding a B.S. Degree in Business and a minor in psychology. 

I cherish my valued relationships with my clients.  I have found that once I have worked with a client that they will call me back when they need to make a change.  I believe that is due to the close and trusted bond that I develop with each and every client.  Most of my clients have told me that they feel as if they are not the only client that I am working with when we are transacting.  I pride myself in taking care of my clients and doing the right thing, each and every day.  I started selling real estate in my 20's and so I have a lot of experience and a wealth of knowledge to share.  

My clientele is fairly broad based.  I have clients who are in law enforcement, college friends, former roomates, personal referrals, children of past clients, referrals from other Realtors, clergy, church members, referrals from probate attorneys, old friends, new friends, accountants, attorneys, contractors, Doctors, office personnel, border patrol agents and retirees!  Many of my clients are senior citizens.   If you are a senior or you just want outstanding service, Carole has many references who would love to tell you what a great job she has done handle EVERY SINGLE DETAIL of their real estate sale!  All business is done by her personally..  No assembly lines here....just plain old fashioned service!
